At e.l.f. Cosmetics Australia, we want you to love your beauty haul, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for any products that are faulty or arrived damaged. Please note that due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for change of mind on opened or used cosmetic items.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Customer Support
Email our support team with your order number and photos of any damaged or faulty items to initiate an RMA request.
- 2.Receive Authorization
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with a return authorization number and the correct Australian return shipping address.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and send them back to us using a trackable shipping service.
- 4.Processing and Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days.
